The room was new and clean. The Team were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and on site.

The location is too far from the historic centre - ca. 35 minutes on foot

Its a nice but old hotel with good location.

Breakfast, A 4 star hotel standard must have fried eggs etc. it was not available. No usb outlets and only one power outlet by the bed under the side board. No coffee / tea maker in room. And no free coffee at reception. Very small fridge is minibar not space for much private drinks.

Only very small things, safety light above door hanging out of it's holder, mold around shower, , sticky tape over lift button. All extremely minor but gave the place an uncared for feel

Okay nice, location a bit off

Clean. Nice bathroom. Good sized room. Fridge. AC. Closet space etc. Help with directions, transport etc. Close to tram station.

The pool was closed! Too bad, still having 28° Celsius … Insulation… noice from neighbouring room. And a washer somewhere (spinning)… a bit away from city centre

Excellent hotel well maintained and staffed, good parking, good breakfast but no eggs!

Exactly what the hotel should offer. Clean, well kept, not over the top yet elegant, polite and efficient staff, fine bedding, excellent bathroom facilities, old, but well maintained, fridge and minibar.

Could benefit by widening selection of English language tv channels. Only one available, and no news channels at all save for Spanish. ALSO : no fried or scramble eggs for breakfast! They used to do it, but strangely, no longer. Why not?

Comfortable, convenient stay with easy access to the city

A quality property with comfortable beds, great shower, helpful staff, and really easy access to the city centre via tram (just 3 stops and then a pleasant 5 minute stroll through the main, tree lined avenue to the cathedral and old town). Tram tickets are €1.05 per journey and can be bought by a machine at the tram stop. We picked this hotel as had hired a car and wanted to be able to park easily without driving right into the centre. We found free spaces outside the hotel and along the road in front of the hotel both evenings without hassle. It was easy to drive out of the city for day trips too. Cartagena is a must! Breakfast was good. The hot offerings were sufficient rather than amazing but the cold, continental style stuff was very good and suited all our needs - fresh fruit, fresh juice, eggs, yoghurts, cheese, meats, breads, an effective toaster, coffee, cakes & pastries & spreads, etc. The pool was open from 4.30-8.30 and looked good but we didn’t use it. We left our luggage on the day of check out to pick up later without any hassle.

It didn’t bother us but as this hotel caters to business professionals you could hear the odd bedroom door opening and closing early morning. This didn’t bother us though and as half the guests were professionals it meant breakfast was really quiet for those of us who were leisure guests which was nice.

Very Good

It's a nice, small, clean and comfortable hotel for a couple of days.

The fitness area is quite small and basic. Unfortunately the sauna was off, and they said it wasn't working. I hope they they fix it or just turn it on.

Highly recommended!!

I booked a basic twin room. It was very clean and the a good size, it was serviced everyday. Bathroom was well ventilated and clean. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked well and the room was cool. The breakfast was a buffet style although you can order eggs made to your order (fried, scrambled etc). There is a KFC next door to the hotel and a supermarket 100m away. The tram stop is conveniently placed, just outside, and can take you to Murcia City Centre (3 stops), single ticket is 1.05 euro. The swimming pool is opened from 12.30 to 2.30pm and then again from 4.30 to 8.30pm. Clean and towels awaliable from the Lifeguard. The staff were amazing!! Very helpful and lovely people! The reception staff spoke English very well.

Only few plug sockets. Not a big deal unless you want to charge more than one device. No kettle in our room but I could have upgraded to a room with a coffee machine so it was my choice.
